PRS held an international conference which discussed the test methods and development of standards for geocells.

PRS showed test methods that more accurately reflect 3D geocell geometry and material performance in the field rather than tests of individual strips and virgin materials. Although these commonly used ASTM/ISO standards were only recently adopted by the geocell industry, PRS adopted them many years in order to provide reliable and verifiable assessment of geocell properties and long-term performance.
